Sneaky peeks ….

Hello everyone, thanks for stopping by. The weather is lovely here today, let’s hope it keeps it up for a while longer

I always spend Tuesday evening with my friend next door, we sometimes do a little bit of exercise but more often than not just drink wine and skip the walking!! I think we’ll be sitting in the garden tonight and enjoying the weather

I’ve been making some cards using the new summer bears from Lili of the Valley, they’ll be on sale from the 25th and they are sooo cute!

This first one is called ‘bobbing on by’

I’ve used spellbinders nestabilities circle and lacey circle dies, core’dinations card, Nellies corner die, Tim Holtz idea-ology charm and flowers from Wild Orchid crafts. I cut the patterned paper up before I made a note of it but it was from Dies to Die for.

The second image I’m showing you today is called ‘a little message’, the sentiments also come with the stamp so they’re great value for money at £4.50 each

For this card I’ve used core’dinations card, embossing folder, spellbinders nestabilities labels 12 die, ribbon from The Ribbon Girl, diamante strip is dovecraft and I got the little wooden flowers at the NEC so don’t know the make of them. The builders scrim was kindly sent to me by Fleur, she got some at B&Q but I couldn’t find any so don’t know if they still have it, it’s great for adding a bit of texture

I’ll draw a winner from all the comments left on my mini blog hop card tonight so make sure you call back tomorrow to see if you were the lucky winner.

Have a lovely evening everyone

  4. These are both wonderful. I don't like to say I like one over another but the first one is my favourite, but only by a hair, because I think your choice of papers for the image is amazing.

  5. Hi Anne, love these new bears they are so cute and fab that you have the sentiment with them too. Both layouts are super.
B & Q have stopped doing the scrim, I enquired also checked at builders suppliers but they have all started doing one with a sticky back and it doesn't have the same texture, so if anyone has any other ideas let me know too please.

  10. These are darling, Anne. I noticed your dog, Manny on your side bar. What kind of dog is he? He looks just like my dog when I was growing up.
