Bingo!

Hi everyone, time for another challenge at Papertake Weekly and this week it’s   …BINGO!

Here’s the grid and you can choose any row, up/down, across or diagonally
The centre square is free so you can use anything you like for that option

There are lovely cards from the design team to give you some inspiration   …and as always there is a fab prize for the lucky winner

Here’s the card I made this week and I used one of the new Lili of the Valley flower stamps, this one is Lilacs

PTW2 - Bingo

I chose the line with glitter, die cuts and blooms

I coloured the image first as I usually do but when I came to look through my papers (I have 100’s maybe even 1000’s of sheets) I had a dilema because I just couldn’t find one that matched. I decided to just use core’dinations and it’s the first time in years that I’ve made a card and not used a patterned backing paper

I ran the green sheet through a dotty embossing folder for a bit of texture and I used one of the fab square doilies that I got from the Krafty Hands boys at the NEC. I would never normally have put green and purple together but I quite like it

I think the ribbon looks a bit heavy on this picture but it’s seam binding from The Ribbon Girl and is very floppy and soft so it works ok

The die cut tag and the little flowers are both Magnolia Doohickey dies and the words are from the very useful Lili of the Valley Sophisticated Sentiments

That’s it from me, Tuesday is wine night (hooray) and tonight we’re going out for an Italian meal so it should be fun!

Enjoy your evening

  12. Beautiful card Anne. As I keep telling my hubby, despite me having possibly thousands of sheets, please remember that a girl can never have too many pretty papers.
    Or stamps.
    Or dies.
    Or ribbons.
    Or mulberry flowers.

Hope you had a good meal out.
