Ribbon Girl… the challenge is back!

Hello everyone – happy new year!

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas, ours was quiet but nice and relaxed and a long overdue break. I’ve had my first few weeks at home and it’s flown by, by the time I’ve had breakfast, showered, tidied round and taken Manny out it’s lunchtime before I know it, in fact I don’t know where the time has gone. I need to get myself into some sort of routine and then I don’t waste my days, it’s new to me not having to go to work and because spare time has always been such a luxury I feel a bit guilty if Keith gets home and I’ve not been very productive!!

I had a play in the attic as it’s time for the first Ribbon Girl challenge of the New Year. It's an ANY IMAGE challenge and it doesn't have to be a card, it can be any craft project…  just as long as you include an image!

There will be 3 winners and the prizes are:

First prize:  £10 voucher for LOTV

Second prize:  £10 voucher for the Ribbon Girl

Third prize:  Mystery prize from Marianne Designs

.

Here’s my card made for a special friend, this sweet Lili of the Valley stamp has been discontinued now which is a shame. The papers are from the Bonnets and Bowties collection available at NitWits

I used lots of gorgeous embellishments from the Ribbon Girl and you can find them all on their website;

Dawn antique lace, 3mm white bead string, tulle, lilac/white cherry blossom, white carnation, pink cosmos daisy, stardust stickles, flat back pearls

***

Hope you like it, you can see some inspiration from the fabulous team and find all the details for the challenge on the Ribbon Girl blog

***

Have a good Wednesday crafters, it’s a nice day here today and I can see blue sky for the first time in ages so I’m going to take Manny for a walk now
