Hi everyone, hope you all had a smashing Easter. I spent the whole weekend building wardrobes so I was back at work today for a rest!
I managed to catch up on the last couple of episodes of Stella while I was doing my DIY, if you saw that programme wasn’t it great? I hope it’s shown again on regular TV for those that don’t have SKY and I read that there will be a second series so I’m looking forward to that.
Onto today's card, this one is using Pom Pom from Lili of the Valley and also one of our background stamps which are both on special offer at the moment. I love the background stamps because you can make your own coordinating backing papers.
The flowers, lace and embellishments are all from the ribbon girl, I used Core’dinations card and Magnolia patterned paper, Spellbinders and Nellie Snellen dies and finally the little stamped heart is from our love sentiments sheet
Thanks for visiting and also for all your lovely comments - I will get round to putting up the promised candy when I find out how to keep a post at the top of the page!
Enjoy your evening and I’d love it if you’d keep popping back
Anne xx
Hi Anne, what a busy bee you are, wouldn't know where to start on the diy bench but your card is adorable, love how you made your own backing paper, will see if I've enough pennies to get that one, thanks for sharing your beautiful card and inspiration! Ruby x

Hi Anne,
ReplyDeleteAnother lovely card and I love the colour combo of pink and soft green.
Sounds like you have been a busy girl, but hey as my mum would say, it kept you out of trouble...LOL!!
As to putting your candy onto the blog. You can either add it under you picture as a 'Gadget' or drag a 'Gadget' box (hover over the box and it will show a move cross, click and grab to move it) up and above the box that is for your post (in the blogger layout page) then click on the picture gadget or text gadget and put everything in it as you want to and save. To change it later, all you do is sign back in, go to blogger design and amend the text/image or just delete and save.
Hope that makes sense and helps in some small way.
Hugs and best wishes Linda x
