Something a bit different…

Hello everyone, I’m here again…

I’m having a sort out of my pictures and finding lots of cards that I never shared, these two are a bit different for me…

wedding

sympathy

I never really intended to put these on the blog so I am interested to hear your thoughts on them especially as they are so far removed from my usual style

The wedding one is 6 x 6 and the thinking of you was actually a sympathy card that is 4 x 4 with a matching envelope

I have so many embossing folders, I love the effect but hardly ever use them and I don’t really know why. The same goes for the Sue Wilson dies, some of her designs are really lovely and I have to have them but then when I get them out I just don’t know what to do with them!

The sentiments are computer generated, oh, fonts are another little obsession of mine!!

Thanks so much for your comments, I very much appreciate you taking the time to let me know what you think

Have a good Tuesday all

  2. They are so different from your usual style because the aren't "cute", but LOVE how they turned out!! They are really wonderful, classy, and so delicate! Love expecially the wedding card, the embossed heart with the same embossed background looks just amazing!! And it has surely a fab design! Love also very much the little flowers (Sue Wilson dies, it's right?)and the elegant papers!
I would love to see other cards as them by you! (But also the cute ones, eh!):D
    Have a great week

  3. Two wonderful cards Anne! I especially love the wedding card, it's a lovely design. It's good trying out different styles of cards to stop you getting bored even if you don't love them in the end. I'm the same as you though and buy things but never use them. Having said that I've recently used something I've had for ten years! Debra x

    1. Thanks Kelly, I need to find a better home for my folders, they are not easily accessible which is why I think I don't use them so much!
