Ribbon Girl card challenge …

Good evening everyone, just a couple of bits of news from me tonight, I’ll be back tomorrow with my card for Papertake Weekly

Thanks as always for all your lovely comments, I love reading them. Thank you so much also for all the good wishes you sent for my daughter, her knee is slowly getting better. She’s going to work at a point to point stables in North Yorkshire for some experience until she is fully recovered and able to ride again. She’s been so bored at home and hopefully will be ready to go back to college in May

There’s a new card challenge over at The Ribbon Girl Blog this week and it’s a lovely easy one - just add flowers!

The Design Team enjoyed this challenge and they've made some beautiful cards to inspire you to make sure you go and have a look

LOTV New Release

The new stamps and art pads are on sale now at Lili of the Valley. We’ve had an amazing response to our new characters Jack, Patch and Puss. There are also the 2 fabulous Mme de Pompadour images and 4 new flower designs too

The pads are replacing the die cut and mini masterpiece sheets. There are the art pads which are pre-coloured images ready to cut out and use and also the sketch pads which are black and white images for you to colour yourselves. There are some new images in them and also some old favourites. You can see the full range on the website here

  1. Hi Anne, Sorry to hear about your daughter and her knee injury. Boy do I know how she feels! I can now just about manage to sit at my desk for 10 - 15 minutes. I am bored to tears! So many ideas for cards and projects and I can't do them. I placed an order today for some of the new stamps, so can't wait to get them. Tell your daughter to take things steady with her knee, or if she pushes it she can do more damage. I will find out tomorrow if that is what I have done! Hugs, Carol S.xx

  2. Hi Anne - so sorry to hear about your daughter - it must be worrying for you. Hope it gets better soon and that she enjoys the point to point stables work experience - sounds like fun! I ordered my floral sketch pad yesterday - so glad you've given us the option of colouring in own images - its just like having the stamps really isn't it? Looking forward to seeing your card soon! Hugs Rachel xx
