Hello everyone, can you believe it’s Friday again, where on earth do these weeks go?
We had a lovely weekend camping and then a family meal for my daughter’s 18th which is this week (I feel old!)
We said she could do anything she wanted and she chose to go to the races so that’s where we’ll be on Saturday. McFly are playing afterwards, it’s a one off gig and was perfect timing because she likes them so it should be a really good day.
I was a bit worried about my Mum having to stay late after the racing to see a band but when I told her it was McFly she was thrilled, she said she’d loved Harry on Strictly Come Dancing last year lol …so everybody's happy!!
The Lili’s Little Fairies challenge was very late last week as Jacqui has had other things on, there’s still time to enter and the theme is ‘a touch of romance’
Here’s the card I made, I just love these 2 bunnies in the bath making a toast
I used Lili of the Valley ‘bubble bath’ stamp, K & Co papers, Core’dinations card, Spellbinders scalloped oval dies and girlie grunge label dies, Martha Stewart punch, lace from the Ribbon Girl and Wild Orchid crafts flowers which you can now get in our showroom at Lili of the Valley
This image was beautifully coloured in by June for us at work, she’s a bit of a whizz with the Copics so credit where it’s due!
Have a fantastic weekend everyone, I will try and get round to visiting all your blogs, meanwhile I do read and appreciate every comment that’s left for me

ReplyDeletebeautiful card Anne - I'd read somewhere that the theme was christmas in July this week - Oh well - maybe it'll be next week! Hugs Rachel xx
ReplyDeleteI love your card. This image is so cute. I love the flowers too, not your typical colours but absolutely gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI know how you feel about kids making you feel old old. My daughter was 18 at the begining of July too. Where do the years go at such high speed. I was certain I just took her, in her "too big" school uniform to her first day of school not that long ago, all cute, sweet and innocent.
You can imagine how I felt when my son turned 27 this year too though. Yikes
How cute, this is so pretty.
ReplyDeleteAdorable - love the image and gorgeous colours. Hugs, Claire x
